Greg, Mitch & David and families,
I knew your dear Mom and Dad from the early 1970's when your father Joseph "Pat" Paterniti was principal at Washington Jr. High, and he hired me as the new art teacher . I am so sorry to see that Mrs. P. has now passed. I have a lasting memory of seeing her with David at the Allen Park summer concerts at the top of the hill, and saying hello to you as we walked by the park bench.
May God 's angels be with you and comfort you during the times ahead. My sincere thoughts and prayers to all.

Dave, Kris, Mitch, Gregory, and families.
We were saddened by the passing of your mother. You have our deep sympathy as you go through this time of grief. Both of your parents had a lot to be proud of; raising and nurturing three sons. They did a wonderful job!
It's wonderful you got to enjoy being near her and your father for so many years.

To me she will always be Auntie Ine, my mother’s closest sister and friend, ever-present during my childhood. The woman I remember is not old and of failing mind. She is young, slim and fit, and dressed mid-century fashionably in a pencil skirt and broad shouldered suit jacket. She is the executive secretary to our city’s mayor.
She is the talented seamstress with the loving heart who painstakingly copies every current Barbie Doll outfit for my Christmas and birthday gifts. She is the artist who draws, freehand, then cuts out with a razor, two huge stencils of Santa, his sleigh and reindeer, and tapes them to the two picture windows of our house and hers then sprays them with canned “snow”. She is the gifted potter who spends hours in the art department of our local community college and whose work is prized by its owners.
You were an amazingly talented and beautiful woman, auntie.

Bob and I have so many fond memories of Ann and husband, Joe, through the years. They both came to gather black walnuts every fall. We enjoyed their visits immensely. We would visit them every summer at the Fredonia craft days. I loved Ann’s pottery, coffee mugs, espicially for gifts. I loved Ann’s smile and caring ways. Bob and I wish to give our condolences to your whole family. Ann was quite a lady. We will miss her, as we miss Joe, our children’s principal at Washington Jr. High School. Sincerely, Bob and Marcia Brown
