Obituary of Beulah J. Cammarata

Beulah J. Cammarata, 83, of 132 Myrtle Street, died Sunday June 27, 2021, in her home surrounded by her family. She was born May 31, 1938, in Jamestown, a daughter of the late Warren Cowan and Minnie Arrance Cowan Condon. She was a graduate of Falconer Central School and in 1977 earned a degree from Jamestown Community College. Prior to her retirement she was employed by Cummins Jamestown Engine Plant in human resources for over 20 years. She was a communicant of St. James Catholic Church. She was an avid reader and loved to travel with her husband. In their retirement, they have seen many of the countries of Europe. The family would like to thank Hospice for everything, especially nurse Rose as well as VNA nurse Michelle. In addition, the family wants to thank the TerriLynn Group for all their care, kindness and support, particularly Tammie, Crisinda, Jammie and Karen. Surviving are her husband Philip Cammarata, Jr., whom she married June 7, 1958; five children Sally Cammarata of Jamestown, Mary Beth Cammarata of Payson, AZ, Philip (Adriana) Cammarata III of Lakewood, Ann Marie Causebrook of Bristow, VA and Robert (Mona) Cammarata of Long Beach, CA and six grandchildren Philip Cammarata IV, Michael Cammarata, Robert Causebrook, Riley Causebrook, Jake Cammarata and John Cammarata. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by the father that raised her John Condon and siblings Roger Cowan, Mary Lou Davis and Irwin "Frank" Cowan. A memorial service will be held at a future date. Inurnment will be in Cherry Creek Cemetery. Visitation will not be observed. Memorials may be made to Chautauqua Hospice and Palliative Care, 20 W.
