Obituary of Debra K. Francis

Debra K. Francis, 59, of 19C Bradmar Circle, died Tuesday July 13, 2021, in her home. A Jamestown resident all of her life, she was born May 9, 1962, a daughter of the late Richard and Delores Jensen Nelson. She was a 1980 graduate of Jamestown High School. Debbie was the happiest spending time with her family, especially her father and new granddaughter who she loved very much. She enjoyed chatting over a cup of coffee or playing cards. Debbie loved scary movies, the Bills and had a knack for gardening. Surviving is a daughter Michelle (Andrew) Rooney of Jersey City, NJ; a granddaughter Rory Shea Rooney of New Jersey and siblings Bruce (Laurie) Nelson of Dunnellon, FL, Brian (Cis) Nelson of Jonesborough, TN and Julie Cusimano of Sun City, FL. She was preceded in death by a sister Sharyn Rizzo. No funeral service will be observed. Friends and family will be received from noon to 2 pm Sunday in the Lind Funeral Home.
