Obituary of Bruce A. Davis

Bruce A. Davis, 72, of Jamestown, NY, passed away at 9:55 am Friday, December 10, 2021, in his home. A lifelong area resident, he was born March 29, 1949, in Jamestown, NY, a son of the late Leonard R. and Lena Cali Davis. Before his retirement he was employed by SKF Bearings, formerly MRC-TRW, where he worked for many years. He will be remembered for his love of hunting, fishing, boating, and was an avid coin collector. He also loved his cat "Sheba" who was his constant companion. Surviving is a daughter, Jule A. Davis of Dunkirk, NY, a son, Ross J. Davis of Miami, FL, a brother, Leonard R. Davis of Jamestown and his half siblings, Gary Davis, Tom Davis, Roy Davis and Dorthea Davis. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family. Visitation will not be observed. Inurnment will be in Sunset Hill Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Chautauqua County Human Society, 2825 Strunk Rd. Jamestown, NY 14701.
