Obituary of Lori A. Briggs

Lori A. Parisi Briggs, 59, of Ashville, NY, passed away at 2:41 am Friday, January 7, 2022, in UPMC Hamot Medical Center, Erie, PA. A lifelong area resident, she was born May 15, 1962, in Jamestown, NY, a daughter of the late William C. and Martha A. Nedreberg Parisi. During her youth she spent several years in Japan. In previous years she had worked for Titan X and in earlier years had worked for Truck-Lite Corporation. She will be remembered for her love of gardening, flowers and going camping. Surviving is a daughter, Shannon Forbes of Jamestown, a son, Paul Briggs of Ashville, two grandchildren, Sheila Forbes, Keno Briggs, two great grandchildren, Mason Truver, Kaleb Powell, a sister, Wendy Parisi of Jamestown, a brother, Todd Parisi of CO, and her companion, John Pillsbury of Busti. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her former husband, Paul R. Briggs. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family. Visitation will not be observed.
