Connie, no words can express our sorrow for your loss! It is our loss too! Bob and you are such great friends to all who know you. Bob was always eager and ready to help out with any project we had and we knew, that anything we needed to do, we would never have to do it alone because Bob would be there always. I only hope that Bob knew how much he was loved and appreciated , I think we could have told him more while he was with us. God bless his soul! Our condolences to the family....our memory of Bob is of him coming to the shop every week as a sales rep. (Art's Auto Body in Sinclairville). He was always ready and willing to put down his clipboard and lend a helping hand to put on a bumper or whatever needed done. He was a friend. He is missed. Sincerely, Art & Emily Anderson
