Our condolences to our Jamestown family. We loved Phil, he was a wonderful husband to Jim's sister Barbara and a great Dad to his sons and our nephews, Jeff, Tim, and John. In his younger days Phil enjoyed driving and he and Barbara would come to visit us in Michigan. We have good memories of those visits.

I knew Phil for only a few short weeks, but was struck by his care, straightforward manner and courage. We had several friends in common who remarked about how much Phil meant to them in their lives.
