My mother, Mary Landquist dearly loved Edie, and looked forward weekly to long phone conversations with her. Mom lived in Los Angeles near me, and Edie lived in Falconer, so the phone calls were their best connection. I understood Mom’s affection and deep love for Edie and checked in with her occasionally myself. Edie’s lively sense of humor and lovely laugh were a joy, and her sweetness and wise take on life were unmatched. I can’t imagine a world without her, and will always have a place for her in my heart. With love and sadness, Sue Iri

Some of my favorite memories with Aunt Edie were our weekly shopping trips with Grandma Gracie and Grandma Dorothy (when I was a little girl and out of school for the summer) and holidays at Terry and Sharon’s with Uncle Donny and the rest of the family. I always looked forward to Aunt Edie’s farina torte during the holidays. I enjoyed our visits and many conversations in recent years immensely. Heartfelt condolences to Don, Jane, Terry, Sharon, Michelle and the rest of the family.
