My prayers and thoughts go out to the Larson Family. I met Ted at the Allegany Casino where I currently work. I work in the gift shop, where we rent out electric scooters. I would see him almost weekly. Just the aura that man had, always with a smile on his face, put me in a better mood. He was my favorite guest, we even had a routine. I was out sick for the entire month of May, and had not seen him since April. So when I saw that he had a reservation in June, I was excited. Bu he did not come. So I thought maybe he was sick or had enough of gambling lol. Then some weeks went by, and I got curious. Google searched him online, and found his obituary. I am sorry for his loss. I will forever be grateful to have met such a wonderful and kind person. God Bless him, and his family.

I worked with Ted for many years at the Post Office and I can’t recall a time he didn’t have a smile on his face or he failed to put one on mine. A wonderful man. So sorry for your loss.

My husband and I met Mr. Larson at the Lake Lodge and were blessed to have shared in his camaraderie. His tenacity for life was simply unmatched and it was a delight to watch him illuminate when speaking of his family. A true gentleman, we will miss you.

We met by chance but loved Teddy by choice. ❤️
We will miss our trips to Jamestown to visit and take Teddy to Applebee’s for lunch where he would regal us with stories of his colourful life and of his wonderful family. He was so proud of all of you and bragged about you all the time ! His smile was infectious and his laugh warmed our hearts !
May he Rest In Peace !
Our deepest condolences,
Dave & Kathy Richards.

My deepest sympathy. My plans were to visit Teddy when we got home from Florida. He and your Mom were great lovable people. We will be out of town on Tuesday so won't be able to visit at Linds. Great memories at Lakeview Gardens. Pat Carr.

Ted was an amazing man, as his time at Lutheran was brief he could recognize my voice in the hall and start yelling for me. All he would ever want was a friend to talk to, I could sit with him for hours if I had the time. He was very loved by the staff at Lutheran.

Please accept our sincere condolences on the passing of your father. Ted was always a good sport going on a 4 wheeler ride that he said was worse than the wars he had fought in. Always up for a good BBQ chicken dinner he would offer to pay and when we declined he would say “well the price is right” and laugh. He was a good friend and will be greatly missed. Our prayers are with you Ken & Cindy.

I knew Ted only briefly yet he touched me as he did countless others during his life. My husband Pastor Mark Swanson, his parents and brothers fondly remember your family from Immanuel Lutheran Church and all Ted contributed to the ministry of that congregation. We of Lutheran are here if you did us in the days ahead. Our Lord Christ is with you all.
