I always thought Bill was a great guy in school. We each loved the Wild, Wild West TV series: he called me “ James”, And I called him “ Artie”. We also had a great time seeing The Who in concert together up in Buffalo in 1975. He was just a very good guy. My prayers and condolences go out to his family.

Bill was a great ex-student of mine,, very intelligent,, and always a polite gentleman. Years later he was a colleague of mine in the NY Courts where we worked together on occasion. I have great respect for him and will remember him in my prayers.
