Bonnie was always a fantastic great-aunt to me. I remember her having some pie, or some lemonade, or any number of wonderful things available for me when I came to visit her home. One of my best memories as a young child is coming over to her house one of those days hearing her her tell the history of the Nash family while showing me pictures of my own mom with Bonnie when mom was just a child. I will remember her as a loving, giving, and generous woman.

Bonnie was a wonderful neighbor and very close to my Mother in age. We lived only a few doors apart and shared a party line. It was a great neighborhood to grow up in and Bonnie was always a warm friendly presence. I recall wonderful conversations I had with Bonnie about plum trees and nature and recall fondly her little craft cabin full of the wonderful things she made with her own hands. I chose a green candle because Bonnie lived close to nature and was a country girl to the end. Many blessings and peace to the family. May you all find peace and comfort in her memory.
