To Philip’s Family, I am so sorry for your loss. I was Lester and Barbara’s neighbor in Colburns back in the late 50’s. I remember when Philip came to live with Lester and Barbara( and Dennis) and life became very active and exciting. What a delight he was. He was a red headed, bundle of energy. The neighbor on the other side of their cottage was Howard Fish. Philip called him “ Howie” , the name his friends called him. Philip cheerful welcomed “ Howie” home. One day, Howie decided to tell little Philip that his name was Mr. Fish..he said it several times and thought he explained himself very carefully, it is Mr. Fish..ok, Philip? As Mr. Fish turned to walk away, Philip raised his little hand and said” OK, Howie!!!” We all loved that delightful red head. We moved away and lost touch. Rest In Peace Philip !
