Obituary of Deborah B. Hoy

Deborah B. Hoy, 69, of 2993 Burton Road, died Thursday July 21, 2022, in UPMC Chautauqua. A native of Niagara Falls, NY, she was born December 16, 1952, a daughter of the late Guy and Florence Nichols Williams. Prior to her retirement she was employed by Rand Machine as a painter. She enjoyed gardening and doing macrame. Surviving is a daughter Tonya (Tom) DiBlasi of Jamestown; two grandsons Jason and Joshua Bang; five great grandchildren and a brother Jim Williams of Jamestown. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by a brother Gerald Williams and a sister Darlyn Reeves. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
