So sorry to hear of Jimmy’s passing. As a member of the New York State Wrestling Officials Association, I remember Jim’s contributions and all of the hard work he did at State Wrestling tournaments. He has been sorely missed at recent tournaments as I’m sure he will be missed by all who had the pleasure and honor to know him.

so sorry to hear of jim's passing. will miss his smiling face as he and diane would carefully select a christmas tree from my lot each season. when he first started coming, i had to inform him of our of our first meeting when he was a young teacher in the falconer district and i believe i was a second grader at northside school. i'm guessing about 1957. don't know why but i remembered his face all those years and as soon as he exited his car upon arriving at my place i knew who he was. jim and diane continued to select trees form my lot for at least 5 or 6 more years. i got to know him and diane a little more and shared some memories. RIP james lucey.
