Obituary of Jeffrey L. Lewis

Jeffrey L. Lewis, 68, of 107 Tew Street, died unexpectedly Wednesday, August 3, 2022, in his home. A Jamestown resident all his life, he was born February 18, 1954, the son of the late Leonard and Eleanor Peterson Lewis. He was a 1972 graduate of Jamestown High School and later earned a degree from Brockport State University. Prior to his retirement he was employed by Jamestown Container Corporation for 46 years as a salesman. He was an avid hunter, but more than anything he loved spending time with his daughters and grandchildren. Surviving are two daughters Tracy (Brian) Kearns of Alpharetta, GA and Erin Scott of Tampa, FL; four grandchildren Ariel, Mya and Trent Scott and Ava Kearns; a sister Linda Carlson of Mentor, OH and three nephews Kevin, Kurt, and Shawn Tedesco. A memorial service will be held at 3 pm Wednesday in the Lind Funeral Home, where friends will be received for one hour prior to the service.
