Obituary of Norma E. Sendelbach
Norma E. Sendelbach, 89, of Tanglewood Manor, died Friday August 5, 2022, at UPMC Chautauqua.
She was born March 19, 1933, in Buffalo, NY, a daughter of the late Henry and Matilda Wandel Sendelbach.
She was employed at the Resource Center Workshop for many years.
Norma was a loving and caring individual who overcame a lot of struggles and hardship in her life with the passing of her parents at a young age. She was a faithful member of Bethel Lutheran Church in Jamestown. She loved pizza, peanut butter pie and listening to classical music. You could always see her walking down Fairmount Ave. to get herself a treat at the local store.
She will be missed by many, especially Lydia Samuelson and her family who adopted her as one of their own.
On behalf of Norma, the Samuelson's would like to thank the staff at the Tanglewood Manor for all the love they gave to her enabling Norma to enjoy a full and meaningful life and thank Jack and Judy Scalise from Bethel Lutheran for giving her so many rides to church. Thank you also to Compeer Chautauqua for all they did for Norma.
A memorial service will be held at 7pm Wednesday August 17 at Bethel Lutheran.
