Obituary of Robert J. Sherbine

Robert J. Sherbine, 46, of 191 Barrett Ave., died Saturday, September 10, 2022 in his home. He was born in Jamestown July 7, 1976, a son of the late Thomas M. and Karen Eck Sherbine, Sr. A graduate of Jamestown High School, Bob had been a Direct Support Professional for The Resource Center for more than 20 years. He was a devoted Chicago Bears fan and also enjoyed collecting, from all types of sports memorabilia to his famous shoe collection. Bob will be remembered as a loving, caring, generous person who was always a strong advocate for special needs individuals. Surviving is his brother, Thomas M. (Kimberly) Sherbine, Jr.; several nieces and nephews; as well as many good friends, including Chad Wilson, Tony Melendez, Benjamin Jewel, Jim Karpinski, Tim Grissom, and Phil Thomas. He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas in January of 2013; his mother, Karen in November of 2013; and his brother, Jeffrey A. Sherbine in December of 2021.
