Obituary of Lois E. Piazza

Lois E. Piazza, 82, of 2190 Swanson Road, passed away Sunday, October 16, 2022 in her home. She was the widow of the late Michael Piazza, whom she married September 23, 1960 and who died October 25, 2018. Lois was born September 23, 1940 in Corry, Pa., a daughter of the late William and Edna Mixer Daniels. In earlier years, she was employed locally by the former Murphy's Department Store. She was also a past member of Christ First United Methodist Church. Lois will be remembered as a loving and caring mother, as well as for her love of cooking. Surviving are two sons: Michael A. and Mark E. Piazza, both of Jamestown; and a brother, Robert Daniels and two sisters, Kay Daniels and Tammy Daniels, all of Corry, Pa. Along with her husband Michael and her parents, Lois was preceded in death by two sisters, Mary Bulard and Phyllis Blynt. Services will be held at a later date. Burial will be in Sunset Hill Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association of WNY, 6215 Sheridan Drive, Suite 100, Amherst, NY 14221-4837.
