So sorry to hear of her passing. Lucille was a true neighbor and friend to us. Our daughters were in Little Theater, Children's Sing, and she was there playing piano every rehearsal and all the performances. What an inspiration. Thank you for all the great memories. She will be missed. Condolences and prayers to her family. Lynn Thomas

So sorry to hear this news ... I had the privilege of working closely with Lucille for many years when I served as publisher of The Post-Journal. It was a close-knit gang, and it saddens me each time I learn that one more of our team has left us. I am grateful that she lived a long and fruitful life and is now with her Lord. My heartfelt condolences to the family and all who treasured her friendship. A very special lady.

We were very blessed to also have Lucille as part of our First Baptist and Judson Fellowship for many many years and then doubly blessed to be invited to “nest” with our dear First Presbyterian family. Always ready to “tickle those ivory keys”..

Stan and I were blessed SO very many times as Lucy shared her God-given gifts of music, both at worship services at First Presbyterian and at LSS. Watching her and the way she “felt” and expressed her music by facial expression was as much of a blessing as her music itself. She will truly be missed.

Lucille was very special to me. We often talked at church about our families and life in general. She was a gifted musician; kind and wise woman, and lovely, lovely friend. I have missed and will miss her presence on Sundays and in my life. Thinking of you all with deepest sympathy - Julie Dudgeon

Very sad to read this. Lucille accompanied me on several solos throughout high school attending JHS, and I worked with her in several productions at Little Theatre where I was on stage for Beauty and the Beast, and played French horn in the pit for the production of Shenandoah. Rest gently and know the countless lives you touched in Jamestown and how far your influence has traveled.
