Nancy and Family, Mr. Anderson was an absolute stellar member of his generation! He and his many friends and colleagues of his time as an educator were what made my entire generation! He taught us how to behave, how to be brave and helped us all to develop the character to move on to becoming responsible adults! I have so many great memories of this fine man, yes, some of them were not pleasant because we didn't always listen to our teachers! (shame on me) He was always a rock when he needed to be but an educator through and through! He was a kind soul whom I will miss everytime I think of growing up at "Wash". He was a patriot and a wonderful family man as can be evidence by meeting his family! Pace's pizza will never be the same although I hope to see his family continue the tradition! RIP Mr. Anderson

It is with great sadness to see the notice of Bill in the post journal. He was a fine gentleman and great father and husband. I had the pleasure of knowing him as a friend and fellow school administrator. We always remember Bill because we still have the craved duck he presented to me after I left Jamestown. Mr Anderson was Vice principal at Wash in the mid 70s when we were there. He and Mr Paterniti played "good cop bad Cop", and Mr Anderson was the heavy. He kept us in line, and we all tried to imitate his command: "Settle Down... Right NOW!" He was a good guy and we all have great memories of those years. Condolences to his family.
