Obituary of Eustaquio Ruiz

Eustaquio "Paco" or "Frank" Ruiz, 88, died Tuesday November 1, 2022, in Heritage Green Rehab and Skilled Nursing. He was born March 16, 1934, in Juana Diaz Puerto Rico, a son of Eustaquio Ruiz and Juana Rivera. Coming to Jamestown in 1950, he was employed by Blackstone as a factory worker. He was a member of the Puerto Rican Social Club. Surviving is a brother Librado Ruiz of California. He was preceded in death by his wife Carmen Gonzalez Ruiz, whom he married in 1972 and who died in 2015 and several brothers and sisters including Jorge Ruiz, Sr. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family.
