Debbie, I just learned about Terry’s passing today. My deepest condolences to you and your family. As you may remember, my parents owned the house on Chautauqua Avenue until 1973 where Ted, Vi and Terry lived for approximately 12 years upstairs. My family and I were good friends with the Warners for all those years. Prayers to you!

Dear Debbie and Jarred: We are so sorry to learn of your loss of Terry. I remember his warm smile, and how Vi always spoke so highly of him... My family were the landlords on Chautauqua Avenue in Jamestown in The 70's and 80's, and lived in the downstairs apartment for a number of years. You are in our thoughts. I'm Sad to hear of Terry's passing. I worked along side Terry until he retired a few years ago. I Loved his sense of humor, his laugh was infectious. I enjoyed listening to his stories, as he had such a unique way of telling them. Terry was a gracious fun loving Person. He will be missed. My prayers are with Debbie and family. -William Ball
