I miss you daddy. Days aren't getting any easier if anything they are getting much harder. I want to call you multiple times a day, I want to be able to come visit and play cribbage or just laugh with you. So many things trigger tears lately. I haven't figured out how to navigate life without you and I'm not sure I ever truly will. Just know that you taught my brothers well - they are looking after me just like you would. We all miss you so much. I love you daddy. Love always your scooter ❤️

My deepest condolences to the entire Ross family of the passing of Ricky. I remember him being in a league of his own passing a football. As good as Roger Staubauk. He had the greatest smile. I imagine he has reunited with Jimmy.
It just may be him and My brother Len have crossed paths near heavens gate. Annette (Turnquist) Carlson.

My deepest condolences to the Ross family. Our family lived next door to the Ross’s on State Street. Ricky and I went to school together and graduated in 1974. He was a sweet, kind hearted friend who was always willing to share his yard for the state street football games….even though he was not supposed to : ). I fondly remember Cindy, Jimmy, Sandy and Mr and Mrs Ross. They were a wonderful family to live next door to. Ricky was a special friend. Always happy and smiling through our many antics. He grew to be a husband, father, and grandfather. But, I will always remember him as my dear friend next door and our wonderful days of play on an amazing street to grow up on. Mr. Ross, Cindy, Sandi,
Please accept my deepest sympathies on Rick's passing. I will always remember the street football, playing boarding games in your garage, and baseball in the backyard with Rick. His laugh and smile will stay with me. He will be part of State Street as I remember it.

Dear Mr. Ross, Cindy and Sandi,
My deepest sympathies to the entire Ross Family. I have so many great memories of Rick "back in the day". Riding his ten speed up and down the street , hands free and at break-neck speeds, playing football in the streets or up at the park, and Rick laughing at how afraid I was of your dog patches when I delivered papers. I always looked up to Rick like another big brother.. That was the way of State Street back then. I can hear his laugh in my memories. I share in your mourning the passing of your son and brother and will always cherish his contributions to my best memories of growing up. I wish you all of God's comfort and blessings during this time. Love- John Geisler Family

Dear Mr. Ross, Cindy and Sandi, I am so very sorry to learn of Rick's passing. Man he and I had some good times together! Bowling, Tackle Football in the snow, touch football between the light poles on State Street and a lot of other things I am not able to repeat in this forum! It was great seeing him back in February 2020 when I was back in Jamestown, great seeing you all (except Cindy). I wish you all the strength and courage you need and will be able to muster as you say farewell to your son, brother and my friend! Love you guys from a far and consider each of yourselves hugged! Ronnie

Don, Cindy and Sandi, I’m so sorry. Rick was a strong, loving man and his humor was like no other. I’m so glad I had the chance to give him a big hug last time I was in town. (At bingo). Of course he pretended not to like it but I know he did. I picture him beside Ann and Jimmy and the many others taken too soon. You’re all in my prayers. Hugs and love! Jo
