Dan, John and Johnie - What a great neighbor, dad, and grandpa. He sure loved to tell us all the stories of when he played baseball in Arkansas; we enjoyed listening to him. He was always so happy and proud of his accomplishments and especially proud of his children and grandson. May you all keep those special memories in your hearts. He was an amazing man and will be missed. Rose Marie - papa has come home. WE are so very lucky to have angels like you and dad to watch over us - may you rest in peace. My sincere condolences about your Dad and Grandfather. I'm Gloria's granddaughter and she was always so proud when speaking of her baby brother. I fondly remember visits to Arkansas over the years with Aunt Rose Marie and Uncle John. He was such gentle giant and I am sure your hearts are broken that he is gone, but he is reunited with Aunt Rose, his parents (I hear Eva Irene spoiled me as I believe she spoiled her baby boy!) and Gloria Dean. May you find peace and comfort in that. All my love in this difficult time.
