Obituary of Shirley M. Frankson

Shirley M. Frankson, 82, of 1917 Peck Settlement Road, died Friday August 4, 2023, in Heritage Park Rehab and Skilled Nursing. She was born May 29, 1941, in Westfield, a daughter of the late Francis and Frances Webster Paden. Prior to her retirement, she was employed by the Lutheran Home as a housekeeper. She enjoyed ice cream, vacations with family and watching Golden Girls. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great nieces and nephew Sofi, Aria and Jaxin. Shirley very much appreciated being able to live at the home of her daughter and son in law with the help of her niece Karen and adopted daughter Jane. Surviving are two daughters Anne (Peter Frederick) Frankson of Jamestown and Sharon (Curtis) Zdunski with whom she made her home; daughter in law Kathleen Frankson of Perrysburg, OH; four grandchildren Jeremy Walker, Robert (Stephanie) Frankson, Jessica (Alex McLanahan) Zdunski and Jonathon Zdunski; four great grandchildren Nolan (Macey) Walker, Alyssa Walker, Bradley Walker and Jeffrey Frankson; two great great grandchildren Declan and Maisie Mae Walker; siblings Robert, Ethel, Ronald and Robin and several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by two sons Robert and Paul Frankson and a sister Barbara Patton. The funeral will be held at 3 pm Monday in the Lind Funeral Home. Burial will be in Busti Cemetery. Friends will be received from 2-3 pm Monday in the funeral home.
