Obituary of Carol A. Swain

Carol A. Swain (Venditti), 73, passed away August 3, 2023, after a long illness. She was a resident of Jamestown, New York. Carol was born to Louis and Anita (Caldarelli) Venditti on May 18, 1950, in Canton, Ohio. Carol enjoyed traveling with her husband, Loyd, in their motor home and going on successful gambling trips to Connecticut and Canada. Surviving members of Carol's family include her nieces and nephew, Brigita Smith of Akron, Ohio, Alaina (Ricky) Beadle of Wheeling, West Virginia, and Dax (Maria) Dipold of Louisville, Ohio. Carol is survived by her two best friends, Claudette Piazza of Falconer, New York, and Rose Germonto of Jamestown, New York, and many cousins, great nieces, and great nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband of 17 years, Loyd Swain, her parents Louis and Anita, brother Anthony Venditti, and sister Diane (nee Venditti) Dipold. There will be no calling hours. Interment will be at a later date.
