Obituary of Dr. Tracy L Culver

Dr. Tracy L. Culver, 59, of Lakewood, passed away peacefully while being surrounded by friends and family, on Tuesday, August 1, 2023, at Roswell Park. She was born October 1, 1963, in Westfield, NY, a daughter of Donald and Beverley (Reynolds) Culver. Tracy was a 1981 graduate of Westfield Academy & Central School. She continued her education with an undergraduate degree in chemistry from Fredonia State University and went on to obtain her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Buffalo in 1990. She worked at Tri-County Memorial Hospital from 1993 until 2009 before opening her own dental practice in Bemus Point, NY. Tracy was a member of the Eighth District Dental Society and American Dental Association. Tracy was a Buffalo Bills fan through thick and thin. She loved attending her son Cameron's hockey games and being a hockey mom. She adored animals and would often volunteer to walk dogs at the Chautauqua County Humane Society. Tracy was an avid cruiser and looked forward to a beach vacation each year so she could be in the sun and sand. She will be remembered for her strength, fun-loving spirit, sense of humor, and meticulous planning. Surviving is her husband Scott Lemk of Lakewood whom she married October 7, 2000; her son Cameron Lemk of Lakewood; her mother Beverley Culver of Brocton, NY; three sisters Tammy (Mark) Morabith of Parma, OH, Teri (Stephen) Kowal of Webster, NY, Donna (Richard) Culver-Fisk of Fredonia, NY; several nieces/nephews and great-nieces/nephews; and many friends including her life-long friend, Cheryl (Graham) Smith. She was preceded in death by her father Donald Culver, and nephew Jacob Skelly. Friends will be received from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, August 11th, in the Lind Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, August 12th, in the Lind Funeral Home. Memorials can be made to the American Cancer Society or the Chautauqua County Humane Society.
