Obituary of Martha D. Crumb

Martha D. Crumb, 90, of Jamestown, passed away Saturday September 23, 2023, at UPMC Chautauqua. She was born June 10, 1933, in Panama, NY, a daughter of the late William and Bessie Pettit Stevens. Martha enjoyed crocheting, coloring, and watching television, especially her favorite show, Touched by an Angel. She is survived by two sons Glenn Johnson of Jamestown, Timothy Johnson; three daughters Teresa Dunn of Jamestown, Cynthia Reed and Barbra Johnson; 30 grandchildren and several great grandchildren; her sisters Gabby and Ester. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband George Crumb; two sons Dennis Johnson and John Johnson Jr; four sisters Sylvia, Ida, Helen, Ruth, and her brother Stanley. The funeral will be held at 11 am Thursday in the Lind Funeral Home where friends will be received an hour prior to the service from 10 to 11 am. Burial will be at Lake View Cemetery.
