Obituary of Jacklynn R. Murdock

Jacklynn R. (Wolfe) Murdock, 78, of Celoron, NY, passed away peacefully on Friday September 22, 2023, at Absolute Care of Westfield. She was born on August 10, 1945, in Jamestown, NY, a daughter of the late Gail and Thelma Wolfe. Jacklynn was a 1963 graduate of Bemus Point Central High School. Before her retirement she worked at the A&P for many years, Janitor Jim, Fenton Park Nursing Home and most recently the Resource Center as an aide and a bus aide. She was blessed with two children: Carol M. (Shawn) Wright and Renne L. (Gary) Wolfe. She met the love of her life in 1984 Richard L. Murdock whom she married on February 16, 1985, and who died on December 14, 2012. She loved playing Bingo and her cats. Surviving is her two daughters, stepdaughter Jennifer (Dallas) McMillan, 7 grandchildren: Cain and Justine Wright, Emily Dahlgren, SR Nathaniel Troili, Hunter Wallace, Conner and Cameron McMillan; sister Gail M. Danials, brother-in-law Dale (Marla) Murdock, and many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by her brother Clare R. Wolfe (Wolfie), stepdaughter Sherry Murdock, brother-in-law William Daniels, and her nephew William M. Daniels Jr. No visitation will be held at this time.
