Obituary of Raechel S. Connell

Raechel S Connell, 32, of Jamestown, passed away unexpectedly Saturday October 7, 2023, at UPMC Hamot in Erie, PA. She was born April 30, 1991, in Jamestown, NY, a daughter of Robert "Bob" and Suzanne Tubbs Connell. Raechel was a 2009 graduate of Jamestown High School. she and her companion owned and operated MRS Property Management for several years. Raechel was the most loving mother. She enjoyed spending time with her children playing at the parks and making crafts with them. Raechel had love for everyone. She gave whatever she could and more when anyone was in need. She'd compliment strangers on their hair, outfits, eyes, and smile to give them a bright spot in their day. Raechel will be donating her organs to help people in need. The lives she'll be saving will be one more example of her loving and giving nature. Besides her parents she is survived by her companion of 8 years, Michael DePonceau; her four children: Allysen Petty, Cyra Johnson, Robert "RJ' DePonceau, and Philip "PJ" DePonceau; uncle Doug (Jan) Tubbs and her cousin Sarah. She is preceded in death by her grandparents Douglas and Sherly Tubbs. A funeral service will be held on Friday October 13, 2023, at 6 p.m. in the Lind Funeral Home. Friends will be received an hour prior to the service from 5 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at the Wildwood cemetery, Salamanca.
