Obituary of Norma Adams Wilson

Norma Adams Wilson, 90, formerly of the Lawson Road, went home to be with the Lord Friday, Dec. 15, 2023 at the Kinzua Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center in Warren, Pa., where she had resided since 2001 in the Gold Unit. She was born Feb. 17, 1933 in Celoron, NY, the daughter of the late Norman and Loretta Adams, and was a graduate of Celoron High School. She had worked at various places in the Jamestown area during her working years. She married Clarence "Bucky" Wilson on Oct. 19, 1957, and shortly thereafter they built their home on Lawson Road in the Town of Busti where she lived until 2001. Along with her husband, Bucky, and her parents, Norma was preceded in death by her stepmother, Evelyn Adams; two brothers, Larry Adams and Martin Adams; and several nieces and nephews. Surviving are her half-sisters, Valerie Adams Rettig and Amy Adams, and a brother, David Adams; sisters-in-law, Gloria Briscoe, Sandra Grice Adams, and Jennie Adams; an additional half-sister, Gretchen; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. No service or visitation will be observed. Inurnment will be in Sunset Hill Cemetery. May she rest in peace.
