Obituary of Leon A. Sutton Sr.

Leon A. Sutton, Sr., 89, of 144 Bowen Street, died Friday January 19, 2024, in St. Vincent Healthcare Center, Erie. He was a veteran of the US Marine Corps. Prior to his retirement he was employed by NACO Trucking as a driver. Leon enjoyed being in the woods and hunting. Surviving are two children Cheryl Sutton of Jamestown and Leon Sutton, Jr., of Frewsburg; four grandchildren; a great grandchild and a daughter in law Penny Sutton Besides his parents he was preceded in death by a brother William Sutton. In keeping with Leon's wishes, no funeral service or visitation will be observed. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 225 N. Michigan Ave., Fl. 17, Chicago, IL 60601.
