Obituary of Carol L. Snow
Carol L. Snow, 86, of 72 McDaniel Ave., went to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, January 27, 2024 at UPMC Chautauqua with her family by her side. She was the widow of Gerald Snow who died November 12, 1990.
Carol was born October 12, 1937 in Corry, PA, a daughter of the late Frank and Olive Sorenson Smith.
In earlier years employed by National Worsted Mills, she then worked at Bush Industries as a quality control inspector, and later for B & L Cleaning.
For over 30 years Carol belonged to the Zion Tabernacle. The true matriarch of her family, everyone reached out to her for guidance and wisdom.
Surviving are 6 children: Valerie Bermudez of Jamestown, Frank Bermudez of Pineville, LA, Donna Bermudez of Jamestown, Joseph Snow of Jamestown, Debra Clark (Kelley) of Limestone, NY, and Betty Harrier (Jeffrey) of Jamestown; 13 grandchildren; Nick Bermudez of San Diego, CA, Sonia Passanise of Jamestown, Samantha Adams (Craig) of Jamestown, Jason Flasher of Jamestown, Frank Bermudez, Jr. of Fort Myers, FL, Kasandra Clark of Little Valley, NY, Monica Bermudez of North Fort Myers, FL, Erik Snow of Jamestown, Vanessa Hines of Jamestown, Kody Clark (Paige) of Medina, NY, and Lindsey Calanni, Gabrielle Harrier and Andrew Harrier, all of Jamestown; and 15 great grandchildren. Carol is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and her church family. She held each person very close to her heart.
The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday in the Lind Funeral Home. The Rev. Robert Reeves, pastor of Zion Tabernacle, will officiate. Burial will be in Lake View Cemetery. Friends will be received for one hour prior to the service in the funeral home Thursday.
