Obituary of Cynthia A. Lees

Cynthia A. "Cindy" Lees, 71, of 63 Grace Circle, Falconer, died Sunday March 3, 2024, in Star Hospice House, Lakewood. Born in Jamestown, April 10, 1952, she was a daughter of Jack and Barbera Thompson Lees. A 1970 graduate of Jamestown High School, she went on to earn a bachelor's degree from Houghton College. Cindy lived a faith filled life who will be remembered for writing poetry and her passion for clothes and shoes. In addition, she loved to cook and play scrabble with her mother. She also volunteered at St. Susan Center. Surviving is her mother Barbera Thompson Lees Anderson of Lakewood; sister Cheri Davis of Niceville, FL; nephew Connor Davis; niece Cassie Davis; four step siblings Dana, Julie, Renee and Kurt and cousins Sue and Tom. She was preceded in death by her father Jack Lees and stepfather Reno Anderson. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in Sunset Hill Cemetery.
