My condolences to the family of Jim. I worked with him for a number of years at JPD. During that time period, I found him to be a very professional, community minded police officer. He passed along a wealth of knowledge for various situations. Jim was an honest, hard working individual that I enjoyed working with. He will be missed.

He stopped to ask dad about racing, Very friendly even though were are cousins. Remember all the memories,vacations holidays we will never be forgotten he lives in his family.
