Obituary of Roberta L. Lillie

Roberta L. "Bobbie" Lillie, 93, formerly of 1981 Winch Rd., Lakewood and 320 Chautauqua Ave. in Jamestown, passed away Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at Heritage Park Rehab & Skilled Nursing. She was the widow of Frederick J. Lillie, whom she married July 10, 1949 and who died November 27, 2004. Bobbie was born in Corry, PA on April 4, 1931, the daughter of the late Glen and Marie Brooks Dickson. She was a graduate of Corry High School and also attended Jamestown Business College. After raising her family, she began work with the former Jamestown Telephone in 1973 in the payroll department, retiring as a supervisor in human resources from the then named Alltel. Surviving is a daughter, Nancy Ferguson of Jamestown and son, Bruce (Denise) Lillie of Seymour, TN; six grandchildren: Leigh Ann (Glyn) Samuel, Andrew (Joelin) Ferguson, Lindsay (Josh) Terreberry, Logan (Callie) Lillie, Hayden Lillie, and Chad (Lori) Ellis; and seven great-grandchildren: Ivy and Thor Samuel, Ruby and Beau Ferguson, Avi and Emily Terreberry, and Ruthie Lillie. In addition to her husband, Bobbie was preceded in death by a daughter, Brenda Hanson, and son-in-law, Gary Ferguson. Following her wishes, there will be no service or visitation.
