Obituary of Marian Lundquist

Marian L. "Vonnie" Fargo Lundquist, 77, of 25 Kingsbury St. passed away at 10:50 a.m. Tuesday (June 8, 2010) in the Dibert Home, 484 Fairmount Ave. W.E. following a lengthy illness. A lifelong area resident she was born December 28, 1932 in the Town of Poland, a daughter of the late Marion and Blanche Macey Fargo. In earlier years she was employed as a nurse for W.C.A. Hospital. She will be remembered by her family as one who loved to laugh and be around people. She will also be remembered for her very interesting sense of humor. She and her late husband were members of several clubs in the Jamestown area including the Lakewood Rod & Gun Club. Surviving are three cousins Bruce Macey , Michael Macey both of Falconer, Jean Macey of Lakewood, a nephew Tim Fargo, a niece Julie Cardinale both of Jamestown, her sister in law Diane Fargo of Jamestown and a special friend the past several years Dennis Smith. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband John H. Lundquist whom she married June 24, 1978 and who died November 29, 2005, a son Grant H. Wolkoys and a brother Alan M. Fargo.
