If Jason had any of his dad's character then he must have been quite a young man. My thoughts go out to Cheryl for the loss of her husband and son...Cheryl, do you remember us Bob and Ruth Lyons????

Jay, tomorrow will be three weeks already. I know it should be getting easier, but its not. Today is as fresh as June 19. If I think for 2 seconds that you were the only one I could tell all my secrets to, I cry n cry. The thought of your last thoughts, the thought of you giving up, the thought of how scared you must have been when you just knew it was your last moments. It kills me jay. you were always there for me when I needed you. Where was I at 3:50 when you texted my phone "HI" That could have changed the course of everything else that happened that afternoon, if only i had my phone with me. Im So Sorry Jay... so sorry i wasnt there when you wanted to talk to me. IDK what to do without you. Everyday without you will be hard. but we will all keep yer memory alive. My Big Brother....I Love You.

My earliest memory of Jason is when we were little and our dad's use to work together and my mom would watch him and his sisters. We would always play baseball because that is what Jason wanted to play! I think us girls didn't like playing but you know we'd play again just to be able to play one more ball game with you Jason. I am just sorry that when we got older we didn't keep in touch, if we'd see each other out we'd say hey but we use to be closer then that and now if I had the chance I would stop and talk a little bit longer..I will always remember our times when we were younger. Miss you & love you Jason..To Jay's family: I am so sorry for your loss...just remember he is in a better place and with dad now. I know both of them are looking down at all of you wishing you not to cry anymore tears for them cause there together and Happy and someday you ALL will be with them both..just not too soon:) My throughts and prayer to you all! Then after the game we got back to my cousins house and Jason decided that we should buy a six pack of red bull at like 10 o'clock at night and drive 8 hours home so he could be back for a softball tournament the next day. He called me the next day and slept threw the tournament. He was pissed but was laughing about it. Remember that one Jay? yeah, it will always make me smile.
I will always be Napoleon, and Kip, that's still u,

Jason I can't believe you're really gone. I love you and miss you so much already. After Dad was gone it was like you stepped in and took care of me. I will be forever grateful for that and now that your gone too, I don't know what to do. You called me your kid. i loved that and I always will cherish the memories we had. Now what am I supposed to do? I feel lost without you. I am going to miss the lil poop talks we had, lol.You always called while you were poopin, GOD you sure knew how to make my day just a lil bit better. You were one hell of a dad and I will make sure your kids know that. God said it was your time to come home and I know you're with dad, give him a big hug and kiss for me. Till we meet again big bro. I LOVE YOU!!!

Wow Jay, Where'd ya go? You were supposed to be here to walk me down the aisle someday. Dad left and Now you? The two greatest men in my life, gone forever. You weren't only my big brother but my best friend. You know everything. Things I couldn't tell anyone else. I looked foward to your phone calls and texts everyday so i could tell you the "new news" and I loved being able to give you advice and listen to your troubles. I was so proud to be a shoulder for you during your hard times. I need you Jay & I don't know what to do without you. I know as time goes on It'll get easier, but Jesus Jay... there is NO ONE like you anywhere. You are truly one of a kind. Yer the only big brother I've got. I'm not strong, I cry, I cry a lot, just no one sees me. I love you Jason. I'll be here for your kids their whole lives. If they act up imma drive that 800 miles n show em what a real Allen ass whoopin is all about. I know you'd do it for me. You told me just weeks ago on dads 13th year you had a hug for me, well you just hang onto that for me please... cuz I am definitly gonna see you again one day. Tell dad I love him. I'll see ya bro bro.
With the most love, yer sissy *Ruthie*

Jason was one of the best people I knew! I haven't seen him in a year. But I do remember hanging out at his Dads house when we were younger and he used to treat me just like one of his sisters, always teasing us, but I knew it was all in good fun! Many memories of Sarah's Deli, water fights and he was always fun to be around, and always a good friend no matter how long it was since you saw him! Love you J

Jason I have known you longer than I have known anyone except my mother, father, and brother. Jay you showed me how to play stoop ball, gave me my first baseball card, and played baseball with me non stop. You are the definition of friend. You never truley understand how much you love someone until you don't have them anymore. Jay I love you will all my heart.....I want you back man....this is still not real and I refuse to accept it, I know your still here with us. There are too many memories to recall one as being the one that stands out. The last time I saw you, you had brought Dylan a baseball glove, the best one he has ever had. We made a deal and you continued to say "Kyle don't worry about it, thats how I role bitch," and of course I just laughed. Jason always made me laugh and would have given his life for my children. Jason, I am telling you now I will help your kids become the best ball players I possibly can because I know you would have done the same for me.

I remember running around back when we were kids and this one kid would not be quite and would always have something funny to say. I remember at first thinking this kid was either just crazy and putting on a show or this is really how he was. Come to find out thats just how he was and he would grow on you. Years later we would meet up at softball and talk about those days as though they were yesterday. How much we missed those times when we were kids and how the things that we did back then made us the people that we are today. Great guy who always had a story or something funny to say. Will be missed.
