To the Johnson Family: Char was one of the lovliest, most soft-spoken, and interesting neighbors I ever had; she and E. Robert moved into our building, Ellicott Shores, F, just prior to us, in late 1989; first two families in the new building, followed closely by Bob & Elsie Franzen; for years, I would sit on my stairs each day and listen to Char play the piano; it was so peaceful. We were all so sad when she fell at home and went into Tanglewood, never to return to us. Safe journey, Char; you are the best.
