John: I am so sorry to learn of yor mother's passing. I remember her kindly as a collague of my father as they worked together at Jamestown Telephone Company. This has been quite the season for losses. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. Kath

So sorry about your mom Greg and John and Family... I was so lucky to be her Senior Life Adie around April until she scooted over to Hultquist Place. She was always trying to do everything before I got there. The stories she told me she was "One of a Kind" and we were lucky to enjoy her antics. I will miss her being everywhere on campus. I stopped in to see her new place. It was so nice she did not have to do anything!! I will miss her ....Lynne

We have lots of good memories
of Helen and Gust with the Viking Chorus and I can only hope to have half the positive spirit and humor they had...

I remember Mr. and Mrs Anderson from East Virginia Blvd in Jamestown, and the Viking Lodge when I was growing up. Both were always so friendly to me; they lived two houses from my grandparents.
I would help Mrs. Anderson with the Viking fish fry along with my grandmother and mother.
I am sorry for your loss.

I don't know if you, John and Greg, will remember me. My family and I lived across the street on Monroe. You both and your parents were very nice neighbors. I'm glad you were able to have your mom so long. My mother died in 1992 and my father in 1963. Hold fast to your memories of your mom.

Helen was one of the most unique individuals I have ever known. Extremely inquisitive with a keen mind and wonderful sense of humor. Very active and involved her entire life she played a competive game of cribbage and pinochle until the very end. She was a kind and caring person and she will be missed by all those who have been blessed by her friendship
