God saw that she was getting tired and the cure was not to be, so he put his arms around her and whispered "come with me". With tearful eyes we watched her suffer and fade away. Although we loved her dearly we could not make her stay. A golden hear stopped beating busy hands to rest, God broke our hearts to prove he only takes the best. It's lonesome here with out you we miss you so eachday, our lives aren't the same since you went away. When days are sad and lonely and everything goes wrong we seem to seem to hear you whisper "cheer up and carry on". Each time we see your picture you seem to smile and say "don't cry i'm in Gods keeping we'll meet again someday" R.I.P. mom. Love Theresa. Thank you Michelle, for such a beautiful verse. Love Aunt Theresa.

Nana, oh where do I even start... I feel so lucky and honored to have known you and to have been a part of your life. I will always remember the first day Harrison took me to meet you(about four years ago now.)I was nevus yet excited because he had spoken so highly of you, and as soon as I met you, I could see why. You welcomed me into your family with open arms.We shared many many great times together and build memories that I will never forget. We had conversations that made us laugh and some that made us cry, there are so many that I will forever hold in my heart. Your gentle and kind spirit could always put a smile on my face.I would give anything to have you here with us, but I know you are now a beautiful angel in a beautiful place with no more pain and I can see why God wanted you closer to him. I love you and miss you but I know I will get to see you again someday. God bless you Nana.

Jeanette was my first cousin. Her mom Francis and my mom Virginia Clark Bitely Peterson (she passed away this past Nov. 5, 2010) were sisters (although my mom was adopted out of the family many years ago).Jeanette and I have been keeping in touch with each other through e-mail and Facebook, over the years. It was so nice to get reconnected with her! I told her I loved her many times. It's funny, how a blood relative has a natural bond with you. I'm so saddened, I didn't know where she was after her surgery in Buffalo, otherwise I would've paid her visits. May God Bless her family and friends at this time. My thoughts and prayers are with you!
