I served with Mark in the U.S. Air Force at Warin, Thailand. Mark was a green as grass 1 striper when he showed up. The guys there messed with him constantly (google warin, thailand and read his posts)yet he took it in stride and never got upset. I just hooked up with Mark via email about two years ago and really enjoyed catching up on old times. Sorry to hear he passed. Rest easy my friend. Paul

For 50 years, we hung together. It didn't matter what was the weather. In school we'd drive people crazy. When it came to fun, we sure weren't lazy. Though the service and careers took us miles apart, did our friendship suffer? NOT! With phone calls and e-mails, we kept in touch, the distance didn't seem that much. When you came home to visit, with Adam and leann in tow, the stories we told, the jokes would flow. But now you've gone so very far away, yet I have my memories of each of our days. The day will come when we're together again, just like always, the BEST of FRIENDS! P.S. My thanks also to the many friends from Lourdes.

Mark was wonderful to work with. His humor and good nature and patience with my technical inexperience when I was the Nurse Analyst at Lourdes made my job less stressful. I will keep him and his family in my prayers.

I first really got to know Mark about 4 years ago when I was impatiently waiting for a an e-mail reply about some IS issue. My office overlooks Vesper Blvd and I could see Mark out there smoking. So I ran downstairs, across the street and cornered him to get an answer. It's been one of my fondest memories that we often joked about. Mark was a Godsend to me in taking care of any of my IS issues and going the extra mile to help you out. I will greatly miss our monthly meetings and regular friendly barbs with each other. He is a great loss to Lourdes and to all of us who were fortunate enough to know and work with him. Rest in peace Mark. See you on the other side.

I am Mark's niece, daughter of David Juhl. I have many memories of Mark. I know I always envied his intelligence. I've tried to have a technical mind and make a career out of it, but it was always temporary. Uncle Mark, on the other hand, was a huge success!
To my Dad, Grandpa, Leann and Adam.... I'm sorry.
