I went to school with Jerry. I met him in 7th grade. I have such fond memories of the old days of ice skating at Allen Park. He was a good skater! One thing about him I remember is his incredible smile. Even though I haven't seen him in years I will still miss him. My deepest sympathy to his family and all his friends.

I only knew Jerry as a fellow-parent in the Maple Grove school district, but his smile, presence, and pride in his children, and in ALL of their activities will be a reminder of his unquestionable love for them. I will keep Sue, Tomasina, her twin brothers, and my wonderful third grade teacher, Mrs. Lamper, in my thoughts in prayers in the days and months ahead. God Bless.

Jerry was a one of the nicest people I've ever known. He was always friendly, honest and hardworking and had a great sense of humor. He was so kind to my children, even when they were literally under foot as he painted. A sweet, good man who is gone much too young. You should be very proud of your dad-he was proud of you.

Our family would like to express our deep sorrow over the loss of such a kind soul. Jerry always kept a big smile on his face and had such a friendly personality. We loved how he would talk to our cats while he did work on our house. He was one of those rare people who was a joy to know. Peace be with you, Jerry.
