I first met Charlie at WCA ,he was a volunteer in my department Radiology.My fondness for Charlie began with his great sense of humor ,which always made me smile no matter what kind of day i had.
I will remember him always, my favorite things he said to me was Good Morning Glory!,The ice is melting,come to my bar and have a drink.
My thoughts and prayers are with the family .Sincerely Steffie and Jim
