Frank was not only my dad's co-worker, he was his best friend and was considered a very close friend of our family and was like an uncle to my sister and I. I have fond memories of Frank growing up. He always attended our family events, like my sisters and my high school and college graduation parties, weddings, and my parents' 25th wedding anniversary. He was such a kind, gentle soul, and was a positive role model for us. We will truly miss you. To Frank's family- we are truly sorry for your loss. I think we were all blessed to have known Frank.
