I enjoyed working with Rodger for many years at Loblaws. I also enjoyed my friendship with you, Arlene. I''m sorry everything came to a sad end, too soon.
Dear Arlene & Family,
We were very sorry to learn of Roger's passing. We wish that we were in Jamestown now, so we could meet again and express our sympathy in person.
Sam & Gretchen
My sympathies go out to the Knickerbocker family on the passing of Roger. Roger and I go back to 1967, when I went to work for Loblaws at 707 Fairmount Ave. What great times we had.Roger and I played some tennis together when he took some courses at JCC. In 1988 Roger saw me applying for a job at Apples and hired me on the spot. I will always value the friendship we had.
I was saddened to see Rodger has passed. My thoughts and prayers go out to Arlene, Sandy and the rest of the Knickerbocker family. I will miss Rodger dearly. He will always be one of my favorites and hold a special place in my heart. I will miss his dancing and his "singing in the rain" Love and Blessings to you all
I'm very Sorry to here of Rodgers Passing. I have many memories of Rodger as he worked with my father Ed LeRoy for many years at Loblaws. I also have memories of Rodger as a reciver for Bells Mkts. when I had my Entemanns distributorShip in the mid 90's. God Bles to his family.
My family only knew Rodger a few short years, but knew immediately that he was a very gentle, kind man; and a wonderful neighbor. He will be missed in the neighborhood.
