Truly sorry for the loss of a loving mother and grandmother. You have my deepest sympathies. Death is something we will never get use to. In fact, God's word prefer to death as a enemy.
(1 Corinthians 15:26). Our loving heavenly Father will remove death once and for all, and give us the opportunity to see our loved ones again.
(John 5:28,29)

I am an employee of LSS where Nancy worked for many years. I had the pleasure of working with her in some respect for all of those years she was here. She was one of the most caring, compassionate ladies I have ever met. My sincere sympathy goes out to the family and a special condolence to her dear friend Barb Sweet, who I know well and worked with also at LSS. Nancy and Barb were like 2 peas in a pod. My love and prayers to the family and to Barb.
Sincerely, Jan Basile

Words can't express how much you will be missed. We are truely blessed to have had you in our lives. When my Dad passed away I was given a poem and when I read it after you passed it made me think of you.
When I come to the end of the road
and the sun has set for me,
I want no rites in a gloom filled room.
Why cry to a souls set free?
Miss me a little, but not too long,
and not with your heads bowed low.
Remember the love that we shared.
Miss me but let me go.
For this journey we all must take,
and each must go alone.
It's all part of the Master plan,
a step to the road home.
When you are lonely and sad of heart,
go to the loved ones we know,
and bury your sorrow in good thoughts and good deeds.
Miss me, but let me go.
We love you and miss you Nancy.

Aunt Nancy-
You were such a kind and gentle person. The softness of your voice and the caring way you cared about others, was nothing short of an angel.
I met you when I started dating Steve(your God son) and I enjoyed talking to you when we would come to New York. You always made time to come over and see our children and I enjoyed talking to you about your being a nurse since we both cared for others. You were very determined when you had to be the patient; I knew you would defeat the battle.
This last time, God needed his Angel to come home. He knew your suffering was enough for your little frail body. I'm so glad that Steve and I came to New York in January to see you, you knew exactly who I was! I could see the pain in your smile and the suffering in your eyes. God, just please let her come home were my thoughts.
Steve has told me many stories and he looked up to you as his second mother. Our thought go out to your two sons.... Steve is so glad he could come and be there for Tim. I'm so sad I couldn't come but you know these three little boys just wouldn't understand. You are on my mind and in my thoughts today and tomorrow from Michigan while we say goodbye to you. Rest in Peace you sweet lady...... God Bless you and we love you.
Love always,
Steve, Tammy, Kailey, Niklas, Chase & Ty Olson

So many mixed emotions....I am so sad yet happy that you are finally healed & at peace. You were my Aunt as well as a best friend....You were my Angel on Earth & now my Angel in Heaven. Not a day will go by that I won't think of you.
This is not at all how we thought it was suppose to be..we had so many plans, and now you've gone away & left me with the memories of your smile and nothing I can say & nothing I can do can take away the pain of losing you....but, I can cry with hope, I can say goodbye with hope & can let go with hope because I know our goodbye is not the end....I can grieve with hope because I believe with hope that there's a place where I'll see your face again....That place is in Heaven!!!!
I Love You Aunt Nancy....Always & Forever!!!!
Love~

I first met Nancy when we were both working for Lutheran Social Services. We seemed to hit it off well and I just felt like we connected on a deeper level. Come to find out we are related. How funny is that. We have always laughed about it since that day. Every time we met by chance out somewhere we always planned to get together and just sit and talk about whatever... unfortunately we probably won't get that chance while here on this earth.I will miss you my dear friend and as sad as I am that I can no longer give you a hug I am so glad that you aren't suffering any longer. Much Love, Brenda
