My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family, Becky, at this sad time - the passing of your father. It seems he lived a long, healthy and active life. I remember the car adventures we had some winter mornings when your dad would drive a car load to Bush School on Pardee and all the slip/sliding we did trying to get up any hill to the school on the top of Jamestown. He was always friendly and pleasant whenever I was at your house.

So sorry to learn of Richard's passing. He was my Dad's roommate her at the Park until his passing in 2005, and he and Richard were dear friends. I knew his as a nurse and a fellow resident, and he enjoyed the weekly bingo games very much. I will miss Richard very much.

Oh Grandpa, it's hard to believe I will never see your face again! That smirk or those beautiful blue eyes! You were such an amazing person! You taught everyone so much! I was so lucky to have been your Granddaughter! I am glad I have so many great memories to cherish. From you teaching me how to drive, you trying to get me interested in golf, trying to teach Mom and I how to shoot rifles at the camp, learning about WW II and watching in amazement as you sharpened your knifes to cut meat! We can't be selfish anymore it time for to live again! I know you and Grandma are up there smiling down on all of us! I love you with all my heart forever! Until we met again....someday! <3
