I wish to extend my deep felt sympathy to the family and friends of Martha Nickerson. It was my pleasure to have had the opportunity of being a co-worker of hers at COI for many years. Her greatest joy was the love of family and helping others. She will be sadly missed by many.......but remember she is not gone but will live on in the hearts and memories of all.
Martha, may you rest in peace and remember us as you share in the love and glory of our Lord in heaven. Please pray for us all!!!!!!!!!!

A beautiful woman full of energy and love. She will be missed at Curves. She inspired everyone who worked out with her. We always said that if we could bottle her energy we'd be grateful. We are grateful to have known her and to have been in her presence. She always showed the world her best.

I was so shacked when I opened the paper and saw Martha's name. I am so deeply saddened by this. I worked with Martha at C.O.I. I love having daily conversations with her. I remember her playing ocerina on her phone and serenading fellow co-workers. I enjoyed her countless stories about her Husband and Children and Grandchildren. My heart and prayers go out to you at this most difficult time. Sincerely, Wanda Miller

“Let us always meet each other with smile, for the smile is the beginning of love.” (Mother Teresa)
I remember Martha smiling, loving, smiling, helping, smiling, cooking, smiling, working, smiling, sharing, smiling, talking, smiling, dieting, smiling, exercising, smiling, traveling, oh… and smiling!
Martha felt like family. She shared her family… children and especially her grandchildren with all who knew her. Thanks to this, I not only loved Martha, but I love them all as well.
I grieve for the loss we all feel now; but look forward to the promise of spending eternity in heaven with her. We will join with the angels in worshipping God; our Creator Comforter, and Savior.
Martha;
Thank you for loving and sharing,
For giving and for caring.
God bless you and keep you,
Until we meet again.
John 14:1-3 "Don't let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God, and trust also in me. There is more than enough room in my Father's home. If this were not so, would I have told you that I am going to prepare a place for you? When everything is ready, I will come and get you, so that you will always be with me where I am.
