Kristen, being that I too just lost someone to Cancer I know how you and your Sister Lisa all feel....no matter how much you try to prepare for their passing away it's still not easy:(
I just want you to know that You, Your Sister Lisa and the rest of your Family and your Mom's Friends are all in mine, My Mom & Dad's, My Sister's THOUGHTS & PRAYERS.
May GOD Give you and your Family all the Strength & Comfort that you all need in this hard and sad time in your lives.

Suzanne,
You were an amazing mom, grandmother, friend, and role model. I admire your strength and amazing personality as you never stopped fighting and were always in the best of spirits. I will always cherish the times spent at the flower shop (and never forget when your caught your finger nail on fire:) and the wonderful visits I had with you and my mom. I know mom worried about me being an only child, but with you and Anne as examples, she knew I would turn out ok. I treasure all the wonderful memories I have with you and am glad that you are now at peace looking over us all.

I worked with Suzanne at Willcare. I I admired her persistence at work despite her surgeries and health issues. I can also share how we all tried to be the one who got the handmade, hand painted present at Christmas. Such a talented woman! She spoke highly of her family...how she loved you all!
May your memories sustain you...Godspeed Suzanne. RIP

My thoughts are with her family. I worked with Suzanne at Willcare and got to know her thru skating (even though Amara ruined Harry Potter for me!) She spoke of her family all the time and was always cheerful and looking at the bright side of everything. My sincere sympathy.

Suzanne and her family have been in my life for a lot of years , so I have many memories.
I have been involved with Suzanne on three
items on her bucket list . When I visited her on Easter , she had a list of items that she wanted to learn how do to on her new IPAD . We worked together for several hours and she was proud that she had accomplished her list.
The second on her bucket list that we did together was to can tomatoes. We got together to can 25 lbs of tomatoes that I got from the HatchPatch. My job was to drop the tomatoes into boiling water and then ice water. Suzanne's job was to peel the skin, cut into pieces , and put in the canning jars . We laughed because Suzanne's chest became tomatoe red during her work..We ended up with 6 quarts..She took home three .
The third thing on her list was to visit England especialy Oxford.Suzanne had been to Oxford multiple times via Master Piece Theater. novels, and a series of detective stories. She had a list of streets and place that she wanted to experience. When we lived in England, she paid us a visit and we went to Oxford. We took a bus tour on a bus that had an open upper deck . We started on the upper deck . Suzanne stood in the front of the bus ( like the scene in Titanic with Kate) with wind and rain pelting her..Anne and I left and went downstairs to get warm..There was an excellent tour guide that stayed up there with Suzanne and he showed her all of her streets and places. He popped downstairs and said ; "Does anybody know the bloody lady that won't come out of the rain? "..He had to stay on the upper deck as long as anyone was up there..We owned up and Suzzane came in from the rain..The soup that was shared after bus ride was the best ever..

My youngest daughter would ask me where I was going and I would say to the lady with the green carpet (which was Suzanne's house, of course). When I would get there I would always find Suzanne and tell her I was there. No matter how her day was going she would always ask me how I was doing and ask me about my family. She was so very easy to get along with and to please. The smallest of things that I could do for her would make her so grateful. She would tell me stories about her family and friends and I knew how much she loved each and every one of them. She told me a story one time of how she would make this special frosting that took about an hour to mix up just for a special cake that she was making. She told me that she liked recipes books and that she enjoyed trying new recipes. She even gave me some of her recipe books. When I would see her I would tell her about some of the different foods that I had made from those books. We will meet again someday Suzanne where there will be no pain or suffering. It was my pleasure to have been a part of your life.

Lisa, Kristen, Amara, Matthew, your families and of course Paul and Connie - I do know what a kind soul Suzanne was and what happiness she generated to all her family and friends. She was my sister-in-law and my friend. Time has a way of slipping past us and by the time we try to catch up with it, it's too late. I wish we had stayed in touch so much more, but the consolation is in the fact that her children and grandchildren will pass down all of her wonderful qualities. I am so sorry for her family and only can hope that God gives them strength to get through this. I don't see how you ever get over losing your mother, especially one like Suzanne. Our deepest condolences. Donna (Fratangelo) Smith, Bill and family

How lucky I was to find my dearest friend, Suzanne. In all of the great times, some not so great, she was an anchor for this sometime prodigal. My mother and I found a fast friend in Suzanne at Welcome Wagon in 1977 and our families soon became the best of friends. We shared holidays and vacations, joys and sadness.
But our girls and grandchildren were always our strongest bond. I as so thankful to have been able to spend time with Suzanne again these last few years and especially on Monday to tell her again how I loved her. I know she loved her family more than life. I admired her for so much but especially her wonderful caring and selfless friends. Suzanne, who influenced me in so many wonderful ways, will always be in my heart. You are the most blesssed of families to have her eternal love.

My favorite memory of Suzanne "Muga" was when we would do our gingerbread house at my Grandma's house. I remember one year when i came down for our gingerbread weekend and i wore this stripped sweater and then a hollister Tshirt over and Suzanne made fun of me for it even though i claimed it was the fashion of lancaster when i was like 10.I also loved when climb inside was right down the street from my grandma's house and Suzanne and my grandma Anne Carney would take Mara Collin and I to play on a rainy day. If it werent Suzanne i wouldnt have even liked crabcakes cause one Christmas that's what she bought for my papa from QVC and my papa made me try them and they turned out to be my favortie food. I remember going to movies with her and my grandma and trying to sneak food into the movies cause we didnt want to pay 5 bucks for popcorn. Im gonna miss the silly things that Mara and I did with our Grandmas.Rest in Peace "Muga" you will be missed love you Riley
